What is a Leap Day or Month?
The Gregorian Calendar added 1 day every 4 years while the Chinese Lunar calendar will have 1 extra month every 3 years.
A leap month is inserted if there are 13 moons from the start of the 11th month in the first year to the start of the 11th month in the next year.
The Chinese calendar uses a solar term system that has 12 principal terms to indicate when the Sun's longitudes is a multiple of 30 degrees. Unlike all other months, the leap month does not contain a principal term (Zhong qi).
Interesting rumors for the Leap Day or Month
1) Farmers think planting Leaks during Leap Month brings bad luck.
2) All crops grown or harvested during Leap Month will be poisonous.
3) Gentlemen cannot refuse a lady’s request to marry if she had pop the question during the Leap month or Leap day.
4) Its extreme unlucky to get married on a Leap day or Leap Month.
5) It is extremely lucky to get married on a Leap day, Leap Month.
6) Babies born on a Leap day or during a Leap month will have special psychic abilities e.g. walking on water, X-Ray vision or can breath under water like fish
7) Chinese need to work one month for free in a Leap year as employers payout wages monthly.

The Leap day and month are cyclical events which had been done for thousand of years, while there were instances when seriously bizarre events happened in a Leap Year, the incidence is not statistically significant compared to other months when similar seriously bizarre events had also occured.
However certain humans are known to be extra-sensitive in certain abilities which caused unexplainable outbursts of emotions. We see this for the “Super Moon Phenomenon” as well. Science cannot prove it but, also unable to disprove it totally. We still cannot explain why the reactions of certain humans are more enhanced than others during this period of time, many of them are not even aware of the Leap year or the Super Moon event happening in their current moment.
Having said that, a Bazi analysis for their birth charts will be able to shed some clues as to why they are extra-sensitive.
